1. So your balance board isnt respond

First, make sure your batteries are not dying or dead. Always test your system with new batteries. You should place your board in the correct position as directed in your manual.

After doing this try to use your board again. It is also a good idea to make sure your game is compatible.

2. Having problems communicating with system

Your board can sometimes lose its ability to sync with the system, so do the following. After turning off your system, unplug it for 15 seconds. You may now plug in your system.

Your blue power light should stay synced now. Try again if your light is still blinking or not coming on at all.

Put a game in that works with your board.. Click on the game in your disc channel and start. Check your wrist strap and click A. You will need to find the sync button on your board and on your Wii.

Press in the button you just found on your board and wait until it starts blinking. After doing this, repeat those same steps on your console. All the lights should now no longer be blinking. If everything is correct, you are synced.

3. Incorrect Weight

Is your weight not correct on your board? Are you trying to use the board on carpet? Use wood floors if you can. In your manual, it will tell you that the foot extension works best on carpet.
